Welcome aboard, new Toy. It’s a Jabra BT250v Bluetooth headset.
Configuration on Linux a painless joy, just follow the instructions on the bluetooth alsa homepage.
For dapper this means you only need to
apt-get install btsco or get the latest version from the website
Livejournal’s password protected feeds are working again.

Ok. Changing the URL only seemed to help once. Seems the digest authentication is broken 🙁
Livejournal seems to have changed their feed URL scheme from http://www.livejournal.com/users/<username>/data/rss to http://<username>.livejournal.com/data/rss.
So if you’re encountering errors like “text/html is not an XML media type” on LiveJournal.com’s feeds, update the URL and anything will be fine again.
I’m not dead. Just doing the “for Food” part a lot.
Let me summarize some news on my pet projects:
Xchat v2.6.x is ugly to compile on Windows and needs work and time which I do not have at the moment. So you need to either stick with 2.4.5 or use another package.
I’m sorry, right now it does what I want and cannot invest time in it (there seems to be a little bug with Livejournal protected entries right now).
Effort to develop the shared memory runtime configuration has significantly slowed down but I’m working on it, currently integrating the differences to the latest offical public release.
Today I uploaded the SDK for X.org 6.9 RC 2.The SDK was built using UbuntuBreezy Badger.A SDK for RC1 is also available

Today releasing version 0.1.1, because a stupid parameter mix prevented password protected feeds from working…
This is the announcement for the release of FeedMAP 0.1
Tarballs are available at its download page
- Read normal feeds in your IMAP client (Evolution and Mutt are tested)
- Read password protected feeds (livejournal.com)
- Caching of feeds to reduce network traffic
Yay! I made FeedMAP support password protected feeds. Unfortunately, one needs a patch to the python module urllib2 for the authentication to work with livejournal.com. I included it in the SVN repository.
Next task will be the implementation of etag and last-modified.
